1 cup (240 ml) milk
2 tablespoons (30 ml) MAUVE pumpkin spice syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) sugar (adjust to taste)
1 cup (about 200g) ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)


Combine Ingredients: In a blender, combine the milk, canned pumpkin puree, maple syrup (or pumpkin spice syrup), ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and sugar.

Add Ice: Add the ice cubes to the blender.

Blend: Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness and spices if needed by adding more sugar or spices. Blend briefly to combine.

Serve: Pour the spiced pumpkin shake into a glass.

Top with Whipped Cream (Optional): Add whipped cream on top of the shake if desired.

Garnish (Optional): Optionally, garnish with a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon for added flavor and presentation.

Serve Cold: Insert a straw and serve your delicious Spiced Pumpkin Shake immediately.
