Creamy pistachio frappe


1 cup (240 ml) cold milk
1/2 cup (about 75g) shelled pistachios
2 tablespoons (30 ml) MAUVE pistachio syrup
1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) sugar (adjust to taste)
1 cup (about 200g) ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Crushed pistachios (optional, for garnish)



Prepare Pistachios: In a blender, combine the cold milk and shelled pistachios. Blend until the pistachios are finely ground.

Add Syrup and Sugar: Add the pistachio syrup and sugar to the blender. Blend again until the mixture is well combined.

Add Ice: Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend until the frappe reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the frappe and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar or syrup. Blend briefly to combine.

Serve: Pour the creamy pistachio frappe into a glass. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Garnish: Optionally, garnish with crushed pistachios on top for added texture and flavor.

Serve Cold: Insert a straw and serve your delicious Creamy Pistachio Frappe immediately.
