Blueberry Vanilla Mocha


180 ml brewed espresso
60 ml MAUVE chocolate syrup
30 ml MAUVE blueberry syrup
60 ml steamed milk
Whipped cream (optional, for topping)


Brew Espresso: Prepare 180 ml of hot brewed espresso.

Add Chocolate Syrup: Stir in 60 ml of chocolate syrup into the brewed espresso.

Add Blueberry Syrup: Stir in 30 ml of blueberry syrup into the mocha.

Steam Milk: Steam 60 ml of milk until it’s hot and frothy.

Mix Well: Ensure that the syrups are well-mixed with the coffee.

Pour Espresso: Pour the chocolate and blueberry-infused espresso into a serving mug.

Add Steamed Milk: Gently pour the frothy, steamed milk over the espresso. Hold back the foam with a spoon to create the “macchiato” effect, where the milk marks the espresso.

Optional Topping (Whipped Cream): If desired, top the mocha with a dollop of whipped cream.

Serve Immediately: Blueberry Vanilla Mocha is best enjoyed promptly while the coffee and milk are still hot.
