Affogato caramel


60 ml brewed espresso
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons (30 ml) MAUVE caramel syrup



Brew Espresso: Prepare 60 ml of strong, hot brewed espresso.

Scoop Ice Cream: Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into a serving glass or cup.

Pour Espresso: Pour the hot brewed espresso over the vanilla ice cream. The hot coffee will start to melt the ice cream.

Add Caramel Syrup: Drizzle 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of caramel syrup over the vanilla ice cream and espresso.

Serve Immediately: Affogato is best enjoyed immediately while the contrast between the hot espresso and cold ice cream is at its peak.
